Description

Other than conventional white enamel mugs, we also have a series of 22 oz. colored Enamel Mugs. What distinguishes these enamel mugs from those conventional is their vivid colors and the metal rim with a touch of silvery sheen. Crafted with stainless steel and enamel coating, they are very light and durable, and maintaining those characteristics of enamel tableware, these enamel mugs would also add attractive dynamic flair to any spaces or activities with their tasteful hues.

This is a classical enamel cup with traditional techniques. It is 22oz with enamel coating for sublimation printing. Drink with this cup and live with a special taste.

Printing Instructions

For Heat Presses

Printing parameters for reference: 180℃, 100-120s

1. Print on the sublimation paper, mirror image;
2. Use the mug press;
3. Medium pressure.

For Digital Presses

Printing parameters for reference: 230F (lowest temp.), 330F (highest temp.), 40s; 320F (lowest temp.), 330F (highest temp.), 100s

1. Print on the sublimation paper, mirror image;
2. Use the mug press;
3. Medium pressure.

For 3D Vacuum Presses

Printing parameters for reference: 195℃ and 9 mins for 1 pc, 195℃ and 14 mins for 12pcs

1. Print on the sublimation paper, mirror image;
2. Fix the paper and the mug tight; wrap the mug with the silicon heater.

A: Yes, existing samples are free of charge, you only take the courier cost. We sent out within 2 days.

We can make samples with your design and logos, this need 12-14 days.

A: 40-45 days after sample approved and deposit.

A: Yes. MOQ is 1,000pcs per shape per color.
